About me

Like many my journey with Yoga began as an escape from my every day life, which was taking a toll on my mental and physical health. Through the ancient practice of Yoga I began to find a deep sense of peace and freedom from the inside, out. Now, as a teacher my goal is to help my students find their own state of harmony- offering a space to breathe, move and reconnect with themselves.

I am a 500 -hour trained Hatha yoga teacher offering down-to-earth, accessible and fun yoga classes that are designed to help you find what feels best in your body.

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, I am here to guide you both spiritually and physically with warmth and support.

Hatha Yoga

If you are new to Yoga you may be wondering, well what is Hatha Yoga !?

Hatha yoga is an age old system which uses Asana (Postures) Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation (the sitting very still part) to help balance your internal energy systems and work to achieve a higher state of consciousness.

In a typical class you can expect to be gently guided through Pranayama, dynamic and static postures and mindful relaxation/ meditation.

My goal is to keep classes down to earth and accessible for every student in the room. Meeting each student exactly where they are at and embracing the divine uniqueness of each individual.
